Responsible Gaming
Our commitment to safe and enjoyable participation
Drawby is committed to responsible play across all jurisdictions where we operate. If you ever need to take a break, the tools below – and our support team – are here to help.
Our Commitment
At Drawby, we believe that participating in raffles should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are committed to promoting responsible participation and providing tools to help you stay in control.
While our raffles are games of chance, we recognize that some individuals may develop problematic behaviors. We take this seriously and have implemented measures to protect our users.
Know the Risks
It's important to understand that:
- Raffles are games of chance – winning is never guaranteed
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold
- You should only spend what you can afford to lose
- Past participation does not influence future outcomes
- Chasing losses can lead to financial difficulties
Setting Limits
We encourage you to set personal limits before participating:
- Budget Limit:Decide how much you're willing to spend per week or month
- Time Limit: Set boundaries on how much time you spend on the platform
- Loss Limit: Accept potential losses as the cost of entertainment
Contact our support team if you'd like us to help you set spending limits on your account.
Warning Signs
You may have a problem if you:
- Spend more money than you can afford
- Chase losses by buying more tickets after losing
- Borrow money to participate in raffles
- Neglect responsibilities, work, or relationships
- Feel anxious, stressed, or irritable when not participating
- Lie to others about your participation or spending
- Cannot stop or reduce your participation despite wanting to
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can request self-exclusion from Drawby. This will:
- Block your account from purchasing tickets
- Remove you from marketing communications
- Prevent account reactivation for your chosen period (6 months to permanent)
To request self-exclusion, email support@drawby.com with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request."
Cooling-Off Period
If you need a shorter break, you can request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you won't be able to purchase tickets, but you'll still be able to view your account and claim any prizes.
